By becoming a member of Priya Shah The Match Maker, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Membership Definition:
Membership with Priya Shah The Match Maker entails the exchange of bio-data and photographs of potential marriage candidates (both boys and girls) via email. This exchange will continue until either party is engaged, but for a maximum period of one year from the date of membership registration.
No Guarantee of Marriage:
Priya Shah The Match Maker does not guarantee marriage or commitment to any individual. We only provide profiles and photographs of suitable candidates for matrimony purposes. The final decision regarding any potential relationship rests with the individuals involved.
Role of Matchmaker:
Priya Shah The Match Maker does not facilitate meetings or interactions between candidates. We only provide profiles for exchange, subject to mutual consent between both parties. Any subsequent meeting or communication is entirely at the discretion of the members and will only proceed if both parties agree.
No Specific Number of Profiles:
We do not guarantee any specific number of profiles to be shared within a given time period, whether it be daily, weekly, monthly, or annually. If a member assumes that a certain number of profiles will be provided within a specific timeframe, this is not the responsibility of Priya Shah The Match Maker.
Non-Refundable Membership Fee:
The membership fee is non-refundable once the bio-data has been shared with the member, regardless of whether or not a match is found. By becoming a member, you acknowledge that the details provided in your bio-data, or on your behalf, are true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Acceptance of Terms:
By registering with Priya Shah The Match Maker, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. Any disputes or issues regarding the services provided will be handled in accordance with these terms.
